Delete Your Account

This page applies to the Spornation app, published by Emprella Spark Digital.

How to request deletion of your account

  1. Fill in the form below using the email address or mobile number registered on your account.
  2. We will email a confirmation link to the address on your account. Click it to confirm the request. The link is valid for 48 hours.
  3. Your account is deactivated straight away and you will no longer be able to sign in.
  4. After 30 days your account and personal data are permanently deleted. During those 30 days you can cancel using the link in your email.

What data is deleted and what is kept

Deleted permanently (within 30 days)

  • Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth
  • All saved delivery addresses
  • Your profile photo
  • Saved payment cards
  • Your cart and wishlist
  • Your product reviews and any photos you uploaded with them
  • Support tickets and chat messages
  • Notifications and referral data
  • Browsing and search history
  • Push-notification tokens and your wallet balance

Kept, in anonymized form

  • Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as required by Saudi VAT law (ZATCA). They are kept in anonymized form: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address are removed from them, so they can no longer be linked back to you. After 6 years they are deleted.

We keep nothing else. Once deletion is complete your account cannot be restored and you would need to register again.

Enter the email address or the mobile number registered on your account. At least one is required.
